The RMT 9040 XY coordinate table from ITF Engineering enables the quick and exact positioning of
individual robotic modules or measurement fingers on or over objects under test.
 

System description:
The control element for the positioning of the RMT 9040 XY head is the A8274 SK System Controller.
This unit can be connected to any IBM compatible PC via an IEEE 488 Interface bus. Instructions are
sent from the PC to the system controller using the software supplied.

All available robotic modules along with the Force / Displacement test system A8274 KW can be
integrated with the RMT 9040 XY coordinate table. Both the X and the Y axis of the RMT 9040
table are driven by stepping motors and are freely programmable.

The required XY coordinates can be sent from a PC in direct dialogue or by storing the program steps
in the system controller and running the system with no PC connected. The maximum number of
program lines is 1000. The RMT 9040 XY table can also be moved by absolute or relative XY values.
 

Options:
        * A9074 Z-Axis, for the freely programmable positioning of vertical ´Z´ axis
           with max. travel of 40mm and a resolution of 0.01mm
        * A8274 PSK, Pneumatic system card with 8 valves installed on the XY table
        * A8274 KW, Force/Displacement tester incl. measuring head mounted to the RMT 9040
        * Robotic modules (mounted to the head of the RMT 9040) incl. accompanying system card
